Troqué Restaurante
Contemporary Spanish Cuisine by the Sea
Leading the kitchen is Georgi Nedyalkov, Executive Chef of Troqué, with more than 15 years of experience in international fine dining. His approach begins with Spanish tradition, yet moves naturally between local produce, seasonal flavours, and a contemporary reading of recipes that connect with memory.
Troqué works with living menus, adapted to each season. In summer, the kitchen looks towards southern Spain: fresh dishes, bites to share, rice dishes, fish, pickles, salads, tapas, and coastal flavours. In winter, the proposal shifts in tone and travels north, with a more tavern-led spirit, warmer recipes, and flavours that recall the comfort of home.
This season, the restaurant also introduces a Summer Selection Menu, available both for lunch and dinner, bringing together new dishes and some of its longstanding favourites. A way to explore the essence of Troqué through starters to share, meat, fish and rice mains, and classically inspired desserts, crafted with technique and a contemporary perspective.
The dining room is led by Gabriel Barrios, Manager, Head of Floor and Sommelier, who brings together wine knowledge with a service style that feels warm, attentive, and natural. His work accompanies the experience from the rhythm of the table to the choice of each glass, offering warmth and excellence without artifice.
In its short trajectory, Troqué has been recognised with One Sol Repsol 2026, a distinction that confirms the restaurant’s evolution and its role within Tenerife’s gastronomic scene. From La Caleta, Troqué offers contemporary, seasonal, and honest Spanish cuisine, where fire, product, and the gesture of sharing set the direction.
