To kick off the experience, the chef will surprise you with a welcome tapa made with fresh, seasonal ingredients, accompanied by two glasses of cava to toast an unforgettable evening. From that moment on, you can choose between two exclusive food tasting menus, prepared with carefully selected local ingredients and traditional recipes passed down from generation to generation.
#Traditional Food Tasting Menu
The first option is perfect for those who want to discover the most authentic Canarian cuisine. The menu includes freshly baked artisanal bread accompanied by a selection of handmade Canarian mojos, followed by delicious traditional Canarian-style chickpeas.
You'll continue with one of the most iconic dishes of the island's cuisine: roasted Canarian cheese served with traditional mojos. For your main course, you'll enjoy an exquisite grilled Canarian beef T-bone steak, accompanied by traditional Canarian potatoes with mojo sauce. Finally, you'll taste a selection of typical Canarian desserts made according to traditional recipes.
The experience also includes mineral water and a bottle of white or red wine from our own harvest and production, carefully selected to accompany each dish.
### Premium Food Tasting Menu
If you're looking for an even more exclusive experience, you can choose the Premium Menu. After the welcome tapa and two glasses of cava, you'll start with artisanal bread accompanied by a food tasting of Canarian mojos and grilled Canarian cheese with traditional mojos.
As a starter, you can choose between a delicious **Canarian-style fried octopus** or an exquisite, carefully selected **Iberian ham**. The main course features a spectacular grilled matured Canarian T-bone steak, renowned for its tenderness, flavor, and quality, accompanied by Canarian potatoes with traditional mojo.
The experience ends with a selection of traditional Canarian desserts and a bottle of **Premium** white or red wine, harvested and produced by the restaurant, chosen to offer a perfect pairing with the menu dishes.
