Description
Enjoy Teide National Park away from the tourist hotspots, with its spectacular views and unique flora, on unspoiled and peaceful hiking trails.
On a magnificent circular hike through the El Cerrillar volcano, we were almost alone and enjoyed an authentic adventure in the heart of nature.
We are located at the El Portillo Visitor Center, from where we will start the approximately 8-km-long route.
At the start, the trail takes us up around 260 meters in altitude to the highest point of the hike, at over 2,350 meters. Once at the top, an impressive panorama unfolds before your eyes: the majestic Teide and the numerous volcanoes that strikingly shape this extraordinary landscape.
During the tour, we also discovered fascinating volcanic formations, which allowed us to gain a better understanding of the origins and power of nature in this extraordinary environment.
Meeting point:
We start at the El Portillo Visitor Center.
