KRAV MAGA HOLIDAYS IN TENERIFE

The group fitness training takes place over an hour every morning before work from Monday to Friday, with three days on the beach, and two days in the gym. Although the course is on a six-week continual cycle, you can join in at any stage and for any length of time.
If you're looking for a weight loss holiday in Tenerife, we take your measurements before and after so you can see how much improvement you can make in just one hour a day. After the training, we go to a local cafe for a drink so you can get to know your fellow bootcampers in a less strenuous setting!
