Bodegas Monje: Stroll among vineyards suspended above the Atlantic and descend to its subterranean wine cellar. With stunning views of the north coast, you'll taste three of its most dynamic young wines accompanied by three signature appetizers. Traditional Guachinche: The grand finale. We venture into the midlands to visit an authentic local gastronomic temple.
