Bianco’s new chapter also arrives at the table, with a menu designed to awaken the senses and pay tribute to some of Italy’s most-loved flavours.

The kitchen has evolved with new facilities, a specialist pizza oven and a sourdough base rested for 48 hours, crafted to achieve a light, flavourful and authentic texture.

Among the must-tries are the appetisers, the premium antipasto tower, the lasagne, Neapolitan-style pizzas with sauces made to enjoy right to the very last crust, carbonara finished tableside, as well as Bianco’s cocktails and desserts.
