Description
To enjoy the sunrise from the top of el Teide we need to hike up by night . We going to meet by night in the car park near the cable car parking and after checking the materials we start the hiking ( 10 km distance, 1500 meter positive elevation). Normaly it takes 5-6 hours to reach the summit, on the way up we can stop several times to observe star constellations or shooting stars. On the top of el Teide we can enjoy the amazing view of the sun coming out and one of the biggest shadow reflected on the ocean. Staring at the ocean from a height of 12,188 ft (3,715 meters) and see the rest of the Canary Islands, including La Gomera, La Palma, El Hiero, Gran Canaria. Next stop is the cable car for an exciting ride down to the starting point near the car park. Cable car tickets (22 euros/person) not included in the price. *The cable car working only in good weather conditions ( if the wind is less than 35 km/h). **If the cable car is not working we going to walk down by foot.Includes
