The trip begins with hotel pickup, followed by transport to Teide National Park, the largest park in the Canary Islands and home to Spain’s highest peak, Mount Teide at 3,718 meters (12,198 feet). Explore the unique volcanic landscape via a cable car ride offering spectacular views.
Choose group transport to reduce parking congestion inside the park and support conservation efforts. The 8-minute cable car ride takes you from the base station to the upper station at 3,555 meters, where three hiking trails start:
- Pico Viejo Lookout trail with views of the island’s north and south
- La Fortaleza Lookout trail featuring panoramic island vistas
- Telesforo Bravo trail leading to Mount Teide summit at 3,718 meters (permit required)
