Fancy something a little more exotic? Go wild with the delicious seafood stew made with cod, prawns, coconut milk, vegetable sofrito and tomato. Or how about a Pork Tomahawk Chop, Shank of suckling veal or a Leg of suckling lamb? Absolutely delicious!
Finish the voyage with delectable Crème Brûlèe, Ruby Chocolate Trifle served with red berries, sweet almond with mango ice cream, Panna Cotta or the American Cookies, hazlenut pralines served with chocolate ice cream.
And that isn’t all! Explore a rainforest of signature cocktails, like the tropical and ultra-refreshing ‘Thumuhtumunukunukuapua’ (good luck ordering that one) and the lip-smacking Margarita on the rocks! The Presentation is an art masterclass, and you may just find your favourite tipple being presented in a jungle tumbler!
