Set in a 17th century colonial mansion complete with courtyard, welcome to Tito's Bodeguita, an authentic piece of Canarian heritage.
The menu looks traditional Canarian at first glance but that's where the history lesson ends because the options have a delightful modern twist to them. The octopus salad with a ginger and orange dressing is a demonstration of how to use 'staple' ingredients fused for todays discerning diners. It is also worth saying that the vegetarian offering is not just the after thought you find in many places as exemplified by the leek in flaky pastry and the prawns in parmesan.
