Charlys is one of those long-standing establishments that has a winning formula. Decent inexpensive meals and drinks, excellent staff, and some live music of an evening. It's a popular place and you can see why.
Good food at a reasonable price, the three-course meal was very good value. When we visited in the evening there was a live Elvis Presley impersonator.
They do a cracking deal €12.95 for 3 courses. The selection is great & quality of the food is fantastic; it's beyond me how they make money given the quality of the food & the low cost.
