Description
The tour starts with a hotel pickup in South Tenerife and a transfer to the village of Tamaimo. Upon arrival, receive a safety briefing and instructions on buggy driving, making the experience accessible for beginners.
Set off in small groups toward Los Gigantes cliffs, stopping for photos of the cliffs and Atlantic Ocean. Continue along winding mountain roads with technical curves, passing through the lush Corona Forestal forest.
Enter Teide National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site shaped by volcanic activity. Visit Mirador de Los Poleos to see remains of recent eruptions. Ascend to about 2,000 meters to explore Las Cañadas crater, one of the world’s largest volcanic craters, covering over 18 km.
The final stop is at Llano de Ucanca, offering panoramic views of Mount Teide, Spain’s highest peak, before returning to the garage in Tamaimo.
