Description
You will see the nature and agriculture in our small mountain village and learn, how to make the typical canary Mojo sauce the traditional way. We meet at the bus stop in the center of La Laja, next to the Plaza / Centro social. We make a walk to the valley to see the local plants and explore the agriculture. Zdenka explains a lot about the history, climate and the unique nature of La Gomera. After the walk, you can go to the fields and learn how to plant coriander or canary chilies. You will harvest the ingredients and learn how the make the sauce with mortar and a stone. You will have the opportunity to taste another Mojos with some local potatoes or bread.Includes
