REFLEXOLOGY MASSAGE

Strengthens the immune system and activates self-healing powers!

Experience a pleasant feeling of deep relaxation flowing through your feet during a reflexology massage.

This lovely massage not only activates your endogenous self-healing powers but it also has a positive effect on your organs.

By palpating the sole of the foot it will be determined which zones require special attention.

Reflexology massages help to relieve many everyday ailments.

OSTEOPATHY

How pain and illnesses develop.

Used among other things for treating back pain, osteopathy is based on a special understanding of illnesses. There is constant fluctuation within our bodily system.

The heart pumps blood into the body's circulatory system and the lymph fluid circulates through our tissue regardless of our heart and respiratory rhythm.

Signals are transmitted through the body via the nerves. The wave motion of the stomach and bowels helps with digestion.

If this flow of movement gets obstructed (for instance through external influences, injuries or inflammations), pain and illnesses develop.

MANICURE

Today, more than ever, a perfect outward appearance has a great influence over first impressions - both in working life and private life! After all, there are plenty of occasions where first impressions matter - for example during a job interview, a business meeting, a parent-teacher meeting or a friend's wedding. Furthermore, the hands are a part of the human body that are instantly noticed.

Therefore manicures have become important for us, and there is still no sign of this trend ending. Quite the reverse - more and more women and also men are paying attention to their nails and hands being as well-groomed as possible.

PEDICURE

Intensive care of the feet and toenails.

Pedicure is the care of the feet, usually carried out by a professional. Special attention is paid above all to the cutting and filing of the toenails, the removal of excess hard skin as well as moisturising the feet. Pedicure refers to the care of human feet, toes and toenails but also to the well-being of the feet overall.

Pedicure primarily involves the nails being filed into shape and hard skin being removed from the feet.

The removal of corns and ingrown toenails is also part of the pedicure.

Specialists with the appropriate knowledge and experience are especially in demand with diabetics and those with problematic feet. Popular specialist Elia Roberta has had 25 years of professional experience with this problem. She completes the treatment by using Moringa Tree Oil, one of the world's most nutrient-rich vegetable oils.

MORINGA

The Moringa plant - good for the health in many ways.

Not without reason is Moringa called 'The Miracle Tree'. There are now over 700 scientific studies that prove that the tree, its leaves and fruit are good for the health in many ways.

Particularly astonishing is the effect Moringa has on Heavy Legs Syndrome by reducing any swelling.

It contains rutin which binds with the vein walls, raises the elasticity of the blood vessels' interior walls and therefore reduces their permeability (the letting through of liquid into the tissue) and therefore any congestions. In this way it prevents the unpopular varicose veins, as it protects the collagen in the connective tissue.

Moringa is regarded as the by far richest plant in nutrients. It contains 18 of the 20 known amino acids. Amino acids are important elements of our proteins (of which 10 are essential and produce protein as a core function) and improve our constitution as far as oxygen transport, concentration and brain functions are concerned. They support mental performance and stimulate the vitality of people of all ages.

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE

Manual craniosacral therapy.

Some manual therapies have already been partially integrated in orthodox medicine. The procedure and therapy are determined by the therapist's instinctive feel.

Lymphatic drainage stimulates lymph flow in the lymphatic vessels and stimulates protein transport by excreting waste products of metabolism.

Optimal manipulative techniques dissolve local lymphatic stases which are found in swollen legs, chronic inflammations, migraines, or after surgeries and injuries.

DEPILATION

While Brazilian waxing refers today exclusively to the warm wax hair removal in the genital area, in Brazil this procedure has been used for decades to remove hair in other body regions, too.

Apart from stylish hairstyles and ultra smooth skin in the entire genital area, this efficient and long-lasting procedure can also remove leg hair and back hair (in men) etc.

A Brazilian style depilation requires warm wax (cosmetic honeybee's wax), a container for heating the wax, a wooden spatula (large or small) and, if required, fabric waxing strips.

Due to the warm wax and the quick ripping off, the hair is removed reliably, including the roots.

NEURAL THERAPY

Neural therapy is a cure belonging to the group of 'natural treatments', or rather 'regulation therapies'. It is practised with success on almost all illnesses. It attempts to restore the body's normal regulatory system via the entire nervous system. Sometimes this treatment achieves the so-called 'instantaneous effect'; in this increasingly rare reaction all problems are cured after one injection. There are two different principles in this treatment - the Davos rule, which involves injecting where it hurts, or alternatively, searching for interference fields whereby scars or areas of inflammation are eased with a local anaeshetic.

ACUPUNCTURE

Acupuncture treatment

We offer computer diagnostics and acupuncture treatment in order to remove and end the illnesses and imbalance of your organ systems.

This methodology proves especially effective in cases of anorexia, stress (too many things swirling through ones head which prevent proper relaxation), depression, tingly and cold hands and feet (also numbness) and pain in the knee and leg as well as lower back, shoulder and neck pain and migraines.

THERAPY FOR BACK PAIN (lumbago< herniated lumbar disk)

For a long time it was believed that lumbago or herniated disks are due to a pinched nerve next to the disk. But today we know that it's not like this.

Excessive weight, bad postures, sudden movements, improper weight lifting and other traumas may weaken the inter vertebral disks.

When this is occurring the pulpous nucleus (spongy centre) will bulge against the annulus (outer ring), or even be squeezed through it (extruded disk) - presses areas around the nerves and produce an inflammation and swelling (EDEMA). In the zones of the inflamed and edemated nerve you also can spot a reduction of the blood flow and that is the cause of the terrible pains which are dispersed to one or several nerves, affecting the upper and lower back, the kidneys area or going down the leg, in the distribution of the nerve, or symptoms in the thoracic vertebrae area, radiating towards the heart region, as well as in the cervical vertebrale area, with pain and numbness in the shoulders and hands.

Sciatic pain occurs when the disk presses one of the nerves that form the sciatic nerve.

Other symptoms could be weakness, tingling or numbness on the areas corresponding to the affected nerve.

Sometimes bladder compression is also present, what causes urine retention and this need to be taken care of urgently.

Often the articulation of the knee is affected as well and causes en arthroscopy (but the origins can be in the spine).

But not all this pains are due to a lumbago or herniated disk; sometimes a simple common cold can produce the same symptoms.

Once we know the diagnostic - one of the alternatives is the physiotherapy - especially the CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY.

This Therapy consist in manipulating the white spinal muscles.

After the elimination of the meridian blockage, the spinal fluid starts pulsating again an increases its regeneration capability. When this unit circulates again in its own frequency, then the pressure on the back due to an out of position sacrum - existing before the therapy - disappears.

A lot of people go every day to work with one or more herniated lumbar disks and they don't feel any pain, just some lightly symptoms.

If only a very little bit of the jellylike spinal fluid bulges out of the central cavity and pressures against some nerves of the spine - this signals may not be appreciated in tomography's - but they produce also an intensive pain.

So we can forget the old saying - no hernias = no pain.

Reference: Dr. Med. Schlarb - Germany

After the therapy the physical indicates you the following exercises

- Don't take showers with too much water pressure

- Swimming-back swimming or Olympic style (temp. of water 28º)

- Take a walk- walking but not jogging

- To strength the right and left muscles of the spine - use weights (max. 1 to 1, 5 kg) with one hand stretch and flex and with the other hand touch the muscles of your back.
