Kikiriki
Tenerife
In case you're wondering, Kikiriki is the Spanish equivalent of 'cock-a-doodle-doo' but there is much more to this restaurant than chicken.
Yes there are eleven variations of chicken and the usual steaks, pizzas and paella, but it's the 'complementary' dishes that steal the show. How about spinach and blue cheese in a light puff pastry or salmon in onion cake for starters. In the same vein, try the creamy spinach and cheese and a generous helping of their eponymous Kikiriki sauce to accompany your mains of canarian potatos and roast chicken.
At My Guide we don't like to emphasise prices but we have found this quality of food at twice the price in other 'establishments'(!). Kikiriki also has an outside terrace to watch the world go by as you dine... you be the judge.
