Big news! The famous Dance Monkeys will be performing at Hoops Bar on Wednesday the 19th March from 17:00.

Dance Monkeys will be playing the best of dance music and will blow you away with their instruments, voices, and talent! 

Celtic fanatic Steve welcomes you to Hoops Bar, Los Cristianos for live sports events, a Scottish pint, and ‘Buckie,’ for the brave! 

Established for 18 years, and one of only two Celtic bars in Tenerife, Hoops Bar is a shrine to Celtic Football Club with many ex-players often dropping in to say ‘How ye daein?’

With the walls and bar decked in Celtic memorabilia, and no less than 14 television screens showing live sports events, you’ll not find a better atmosphere anywhere on the island!

Feeling hungry? Enjoy a wee toastie, hotdog, or Scotch Pie. With sausage rolls only €2 and rolls and squares, €3, you’ll have plenty of dosh left for drinking.

For regulars, it’s worth noting that Hoops Bar has changed premises. Once opposite Aqua Mar apartments, you can now find Hoops in the El Mirador complex. With bigger, better premises, there’s now even more reason to visit.

And it’s not just sport and scran that makes Hoops Bar top of the league. Every Thursday afternoon from 4 pm-6 pm there’s live entertainment! The acts change weekly so it’s always worth going along for the ‘craic.’
