Description

Our premises are located in the center of Santa Cruz (The Capital of Tenerife) When you arrive, we will wash our hands and put on our apron, so we are ready to begin. We will each start by making one of the most typical Canary Islands dishes: The wrinkled potatoes with Canarian mojo or kneaded gofio, it will depend on the day and the size of the group. Here you are the chef, the protagonist We will give you the recipe in case you want to duplicate this dish at home. Then you can taste the prepared products or other Canarian products. We will also have Canarian drinks, you have one included for tasting during the activity. There is a mini market area if you would like to take some souvenirs. Although the best memory is doing the experience yourself Approximate duration 2 hours
