Description

Este nivel es adecuado para cualquier persona con un mínimo de habilidades de natación. En el agua, el instructor buceará con cada estudiante para dar atención personalizada y feedback, y así aumentar su confianza y seguridad. El curso consta de 1 sesión teórica, y 1 de mar, el contenido trata del primer día del curso Apneista Nivel I de Apnea Total, pudiendo si lo desea contratar el segundo día de curso y obtener la certificación. Sesión teórica (1h30-2h) Introducción a la apnea Descubrimiento de las diferentes disciplinas Familiarización con el equipo utilizado Golpe de riñón y técnica para romper la superficie del agua Posicionamiento corporal bajo el agua Técnica de patada con aletas Técnicas de compensación de los oídos Técnica respiratoria Sesión de agua en aguas abiertas (2h-2h30) Preparación del equipo personal Práctica de técnicas de respiración eficientes en el agua Práctica del golpe de riñón y técnica de patadas Práctica y corrección de la posición del cuerpo Ensayo de flotabilidad Profundidad máxima alcanzable: 12 metros
