Description

Begin your experience at Travel Sub PADI 5* Dive Center in Puerto Colon, Tenerife. Meet your experienced SDIT & SAI swimming instructor and PADI dive instructor, who will safely teach & guide you through the 2 hour session. Start with a swim safety and dive briefing before heading to the beach. Learn more about safe entry and exit techniques for oceans. Begin your swimming lesson with body position exercises, including front & back star floats, tuck and stand techniques, as well as vertical submerges and glides. Add fins to your practice and redo the glides. After your swimming lesson, begin your Discover Scuba Diving session. Learn the basics of scuba diving, including how to use the equipment and how to breathe underwater. Lets Discover! Receive a FinTastic Certificate and a PADI DSD certificate upon completion of the session.
