Description
Your adventure begins at our meeting point in La Paz, where you will hop into our comfortable tour van and begin our ascent. As we drive up the mountain roads, we will make our first stop at Mirador de La Bermeja to stretch your legs and catch your first panoramic views of the changing landscape.
Continuing higher into the mountains, we cross into a completely different world as we reach the spectacular Minas de San José. Here, you will have time to walk around and photograph an incredible golden, lunar landscape that feels like standing on another planet. Next, our route takes us to La Tarta (The Cake), a unique geological site where you can admire and photograph the vibrant, multi-colored layers of volcanic ash.
The ultimate highlight of the evening awaits at the legendary Mirador de Chipeque. Perched high above the island, you will witness a spectacular sunset with unmatched views of Mount Teide. If weather conditions align, the famous 'mar de nubes' (sea of clouds) will roll beneath you like a white ocean. To celebrate this magical moment, we will serve a complimentary glass of sparkling wine and tasty picnic as the sky transforms into a canvas of gold and pink.
As twilight turns to darkness, we drive back into the heart of the Teide National Park, a certified Starlight Destination. We return to the elevated vantage point of Mirador de La Bermeja for an enchanting stargazing session. Completely sheltered from light pollution, you will have free time to look up at thousands of twinkling stars and constellations before we enjoy a smooth ride back to La Paz.

- Self-Guided Experience: this tour does not include a guided walking tour. Once you hop off the minivan, at the tour destination points, you will have free time to explore, relax and enjoy at your own pace.
Meeting Points & Times: the driver will inform you of the exact departure times and pickup spots at each location to ensure a smooth journey back.
Itinerary Changes: The driver reserves the right to modify the route or stop durations without notice due to weather, traffic, or group dynamics to ensure safety and comfort.
Passenger Conduct & Right of Removal: Uncooperative, rude, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Drivers may terminate the tour for any passenger breaching rules and drop them at the nearest public bus stop. No return transport or refund will be provided.
Right of Admission: Service will be denied without a refund to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or who poses a risk to group safety and driving operations.
