Description
Start your Saturday with an ocean-inspired yoga session in Playa de las Américas. We combine breathwork, mindful flow and gentle mobility to build balance, flexibility and calm. It’s a welcoming class for all levels - perfect on its own or as recovery before/after surfing and other activities. Sessions run on Saturday mornings; we provide mats (or bring your own). Outdoor/indoor, depending on the weather. Optional brunch to continue the vibe at Ocean Freaks Surf Café, located nearby (breakfast/brunch menu, coffee).
