Begin your journey at 25 Imeldo Serís Street in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, where you’ll discover La Cuadra del Palmero—a 13th-century Canarian house now transformed into a charming restaurant. After a warm welcome, enjoy a brief guided tour through the house’s three floors, exploring its unique rooms, picturesque patio, and a special carving of the Virgin of Our Lady of the Snows, the patron saint of La Palma. Following the tour, settle in for a tasting of three exceptional Canary Island wines, each with Denomination of Origin. Sample varieties such as the fruity Flor de Chasna, the traditional Viña Zanata, or the robust red Marba from the DO Tacoronte-Acentejo region. Each wine is carefully paired with local delicacies, including grilled goat cheese with gofio and honey, Canarian-style almogrote omelet, wrinkled potatoes with mojo, and black pork montadito with mojo.
