Description
Begin your experience with a welcome meeting, equipment fitting, and a comprehensive safety briefing. Your instructor will explain the basic principles of scuba diving, how to use the equipment, underwater communication, and the safety procedures.
Practice a few simple skills in shallow water before continuing your first real dive in the Atlantic Ocean. Once you feel comfortable, enjoy a guided dive to a maximum depth of 10 meters, discovering Tenerife's volcanic underwater landscape and marine life.
Depending on the conditions, you may encounter colorful fish, octopus, rays, cuttlefish, and other local sea creatures. Receive complimentary underwater photos and videos to remember your first diving experience.

Important Information
- No previous diving experience is required
- Participants must be at least 10 years old
- Participants should be comfortable in the water and have basic swimming ability
- Participants must be in good general health and complete a medical questionnaire before diving. Certain medical conditions may require medical clearance
- A minimum pre-flight surface interval of 12 hours is recommended after this single dive before flying
- Please do not consume alcohol before the activity
