This activity offers tandem paragliding flights from Puerto de la Cruz and Teide National Park, suitable for people in good physical condition who weigh under 95 kg.
Flight Options
Two flight experiences are available:
- Exclusive Teide Flight: Launch from 2,200 meters above sea level in Teide National Park, landing on the beach. Transfer to the launch site takes about 1 hour by van. The flight lasts 25-35 minutes, depending on weather.
- Adrenaline Flight: Launch from cliffs above Martianez Beach in Puerto de la Cruz. The transfer to the launch site takes about 10 minutes by van. The flight lasts 15-20 minutes, depending on weather.
What to Expect
Meet at the paragliding center in Puerto de la Cruz, where you will receive all necessary equipment including helmet, jacket, long trousers, gloves, and a camera. A van transfer will take you to the launch site. You must be able to run during takeoff and weigh no more than 95 kg. After landing on the beach, a return transfer to Puerto de la Cruz is provided.
