• Please make sure you are 30 minutes at the harbor before the starting time of the activity. If you are late for the excursion there will be no refund, or rescheduling of the excursion. If you are arriving by car or public transport to the port of Los Gigantes, please keep in mind that there can be heavy traffic and parking may be difficult to find both inside and outside the harbor. We recommend arriving at least one hour before your scheduled departure to ensure you have enough time. Please note that we can not guarantee the sighting of dolphins and/or whales. This depends on the conditions of the sea.
