Description
1. We'll depart from Los Cristianos, where we'll board the Fred Olsen ferry to San Sebastián de La Gomera, the island's capital.
2. Once on land, we'll take the southern route with a brief stop at Roque de Agando, an imposing rock formation of volcanic origin with stunning views.
3. We'll then continue to Garajonay National Park, one of the best-preserved laurel forests in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1986.
4th We stop for lunch at Restaurante Las Rosas, with a typical La Gomera menu included in the price, and enjoy a demonstration of the Silbo Gomero, the whistled language used by the islanders to communicate from one valley to another.
5th We continue to Agulo, a village with cobbled streets and traditional houses facing the Atlantic.
6. We finish the route in San Sebastián de La Gomera, with a historic center dating back over 500 years and linked to Christopher Columbus' voyage to the Americas, before boarding the ferry again for Los Cristianos, where we arrive at around 6:00 p.m.
