in the morning we'll set off on your tour to the stunning Anaga mountain range. During our trek, we'll visit numerous observation decks offering breathtaking views, travel through an ancient, perfectly preserved laurisilva forest, and explore a unique local village where inhabitants have built their homes into caves. In local eateries, we'll have the opportunity to savor authentic Canarian cuisine. I particularly recommend trying the fried goat cheese, stewed goat meat, Wrinkled Potatoes (Papas Arrugadas), and Gofio. While we'll encounter many hiking paths of different challenge levels throughout our journey, a particularly special and manageable walk will be offered as an optional experience. This short, approximately 45-minute trail leads to an exceptional viewpoint where, weather permitting, you can take incredible pictures. Participation in this walk is entirely at your discretion, provided you're ready for some gentle activity. The culmination of our journey will be the village of Benijo, located in the most remote part of the Anaga mountain range. This area is home to three of Tenerife's most stunning wild beaches. Benijo Beach itself is renowned for its powerful, untamed energy. This unique atmosphere is especially palpable during low tides, which can occur in either the morning or evening. We'll factor this into our planning for your Anaga adventure to ensure the best possible experience.
