Description
Deep water soloing (DWS) is free climbing over the sea: no ropes, no harness, no gear — just you and the rock, with deep water below to break your fall.
On this guided session in Tenerife, you'll climb natural sea cliffs at your own pace. Your certified instructor will match routes to your level, from easy introductory lines to more advanced climbs, and you'll swim back to shore between attempts.
After a full safety briefing, your instructor will guide you through the essentials:
+ Core climbing technique on sea cliffs
+ How to fall and jump safely into the water
+ Managing fear and building confidence on exposed routes
+ For more advanced climbers: overhang and roof climbing technique
No climbing experience is required. You'll be swimming in open water throughout and jumping from whatever height feels comfortable to you — always at your own pace.
