Description
Discover Tenerife from a perspective few travellers ever experience. This beginner-friendly tandem paragliding flight has been designed especially for first-time flyers: no previous experience is needed, and a professional team backed by more than 30 years of paragliding experience takes care of every detail.
After pickup from your selected location in southern Tenerife, travel to the takeoff area in Taucho, approximately 800 metres (2,600 feet) above sea level. Your pilot will welcome you, explain each stage of the experience and carefully fit your certified harness and helmet. The equipment includes a reserve parachute, and liability insurance is included.
Taking off is much easier than most people imagine. You do not jump from a cliff and there is no sensation of free fall. After the final safety checks, simply follow your pilot’s instructions and walk or run a few steps together. The paraglider will inflate above you and gently lift you away from the mountainside.
Once airborne, settle comfortably into your harness while your pilot controls the glider. Feel the freedom of moving silently through the sky and enjoy uninterrupted views across Costa Adeje, the Barranco del Infierno, volcanic ravines and the deep-blue Atlantic Ocean.
Every flight is different because paragliding uses only natural rising air—there is no engine. Flights typically last around 15–20 minutes, but the precise route, altitude and duration depend on the wind and thermal conditions of the day. Your pilot will always adapt the flight to the weather and to your comfort.
You can simply relax and admire the scenery, or tell your pilot if you would enjoy a little more movement when conditions permit. Either way, the experience remains tailored to you, with safety and comfort taking priority throughout the flight.
Before landing, your pilot will clearly explain what to do. When conditions allow, you may finish your adventure beside the Atlantic at Playa de la Enramada. If a beach landing is not suitable, the safest designated landing area will be used instead. Afterwards, return transport is provided to the selected drop-off areas.
In-flight photos and videos are available as an optional extra. For safety reasons, passengers may not use handheld phones or cameras during the flight.
Paragliding is weather-dependent. If conditions are not suitable, we may adjust the departure time, offer another date or arrange a cancellation in accordance with the booking conditions.
All you need to bring is closed footwear, comfortable clothing and the desire to fly. We take care of everything else.

Important Information
- Maximum passenger weight: 100 kg (220 lbs)
- Minimum age: 6 years. Children must follow instructions and be able to run a few steps during takeoff
- Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
- Closed-toe shoes are mandatory. Comfortable clothing and a light jacket are recommended
- Handheld phones and cameras are not permitted during the flight
- Flights typically last 15–20 minutes. Route, altitude and duration depend on weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed
- Flight times or dates may change if conditions are unsuitable. If no safe alternative is available, the activity will be cancelled according to the booking conditions
- Pickup and drop-off are available from selected areas in southern Tenerife
- Los Cristianos pickup is available only for the 10:00 am and 12:00 noon flights. For other times, meet us at Playa de la Enramada in Costa Adeje
