Como artesano, el propietario Antonio Lázaro considera su restaurante como un taller donde hace cosas que la gente puede disfrutar en su tiempo libre. Su mano de obra tiene un estilo artístico que ha seguido deleitando a los clientes durante años, tiempo durante el cual su bodega ha crecido a más de 250 tipos: el cielo de un conocedor. La terraza cerrada es un remanso de paz donde degustar especialidades como las gambas de huelva, los chuletones a la piedra y las cocochas de merluza con gulas.
