Join the dream of every cyclist, crowning the longest climb in Europe and the most frequented by the international pack. Head to La Camella to start warming up for about 15 kilometers. The journey to Granadilla will be very comfortable and will allow you to loosen your legs a little. The climb is from 12 kilometers to 5 - 6% of slope. Once in Vilaflor, tackle the most complicated part, a 14-kilometer climb without rest. The average of the ramps is 8% but the main obstacle is the acclimatization due to the decrease of the pressure of the oxygen, as you climb about 2,100 on the way to Retamar. Descend to the Teide National Park, the highest area of the island Tenerife and Spain, just 8 kilometers to the National Parador, a place chosen by professional cyclists for their preseason. Head roughly 45 kilometers down to Playa de las Americas, enjoying the views.Includes
