Considered one of the best restaurants in the whole of Arona, the elegant Lajar de Bello combines innovative fine dining with old-school charm.
            
Guests are guaranteed a warm welcome from owner and renowned chef, Alejandro Bello, and his team of friendly staff. Alejandro is passionate about quality gastronomy, ensuring every dish in his beautiful bistro is artistically presented and packed with flavour. Not only is the menu cooked and prepared by supremely talented chefs, but every ingredient is also of the finest quality. 
 
Enjoy Canarian staple dishes such as tasty fish churros, mango gazpacho soup infused with a taste of the sea, house speciality croquettes, the best Iberian Ham, and a cheese board of the finest Canarian cheeses. Perfect as a starter or as part of a tapas menu.

From the restaurant’s own vegetable garden, enjoy garden-fresh tomato stuffed with avocado and octopus, or tasty scallops with asparagus and fresh salad. 
 
Meat dishes include the best beef tenderloin, surf and turf, and melt-in-the-mouth shoulder of lamb, while customer favourite fish dishes comprise salmon in hollandaise sauce, chef’s recommended seasonal fish, monkfish, and diced rockfish. 
 
What really sets this place apart is the attention to detail, offering subtle sophistication alongside traditional Canarian charm.
 
With a delicious dessert menu, and an extensive range of Spanish and Canarian wines, lush cocktails, spirits, beers, and liquors, Lajar De Bello is a must for that special evening.
