Spanish and Tapas
Choosing where to eat is often influenced by your mood and the people you are dining with. La Papaya could be described as being three restaurants in one which means it caters for every occasion.
Based in a building built in 1865, the inner courtyard surrounded by lovingly tended greenery is ideal for a blossoming or long standing romance; the pavement terrace takes in the 'old quarter' for lovers of historic settings; and with the inside divided into three rooms, a family gathering will make you feel you have your own private dining room.
Make no mistake though, this restaurant is also popular because of the quality of it's food with old favourites mixed in with 'nouveau' dishes such as salmon in malvasia sauce and shrimp wrapped in bacon.
