It may not be 'downtown' in the resorts but as one of only a handful of restaurants in Tenerife to be recommended in the Michelin Guide, its reputation for top quality Spanish dishes - including Canarian - is one that many proprietors aspire to.

Originality, presentation and a fusion of ingredients combine for a truly gastronomical experience that will linger in your mind for years to come.  The owner and head chef, Juan Manuel Ayza, has dedicated his life to cooking. Please don't ask for the recipe, it takes years of practice and a sincere vocation to the culinary arts to get it right first time... everytime!
