Description

This excursion will take you to the capital city of Santa Cruz, where you can see both traditional and modern architecture, including the iconic Auditorio de Tenerife. Visit the heart of the city, la Plaza de España. After visiting the modern Santa Cruz you will go to La Laguna, a city declared a historical heritage site by UNESCO. Take a walking tour through the city and you will be astounded by the beauty of the buildings and streets. You will then journey through Las Mercedes mountains, a natural reserve for the sub-tropical Laurel forest, continuing on through the impressive Anaga mountains to arrive at Taganana: a traditional hamlet on the precious northeast coast. In Taganana you can taste the marvelous gastronomy of Tenerife, in a typical seafood restaurant where you can discover the most authentic flavors of the island.
