The First Lego League is a challenge that combilnes science and robotics to foment the learning of youths between 6 and 16 years old.

This event aims to encourage team-work, innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship.

El Parque Científico y Tecnológico de Tenerife is organising the regional phase which will take place in la Orotava with 38 teams competing from the Canary Islands.

The theme is 'Animal Allies' and the event is open to the public and free to enter and watch.
