Situated in the quaint Vanilla Garden Hotel, Las Americas, is Chez Damien, an intimate, fine-dining restaurant offering culinary delicacies inspired by French cuisine. Perfect for that extra special night (ooh la la!)

Artistic flair meets the freshest ingredients in Chez Damien's stunning menu.
To start, feast on favourites such as duck magret carpaccio with foie gras shavings and truffle oil, avocado tartare with prawns and smoked salmon, or sea bream carpaccio with truffle. 

Main meals boast elaborate fish dishes that have that elusive, je ne sais quoi, like flambéed prawns with whisky and Rodaballo fillet with mousseline sauce. Or choose one of the mouthwatering meat dishes like the confit suckling pig on mashed potatoes in truffle juice or the rack of lamb in its rosemary juice. With deer sirloin in Grand Veneur sauce and beef tenderloin with pepper sauce, the menu is truly impressive.

My first time in Tenerife with friends, we went for dinner 'Chez Damien' French cuisine and it was just a wonderful evening, quality food, ambiance with live music, incredible service, everything was just perfect. An unforgettable night in the Canary Islands.

What can I say?? This is our 8th visit to this restaurant, each visit has been amazing, the food and the service are all exquisite, it's not the cheapest but in my view, it is the best. We never come away disappointed. 


Pair your dish with one of the many Spanish fine wines on offer - be sure to ask your server for a recommendation. Top-shelf spirits, liquors, beers, and soft drinks are also available. 

Make an evening of it with nightly live music from Tenerife's finest performers including live vocalists and saxophonists to make your evening truly romantic.
